Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or Advertising.
• Minimum 2 years in Marketing, Commercial Operations, or a related field.
• Strong project coordination, clear communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Advantage: casino, bingo, hospitality, or high-volume leisure experience; PM or Hospitality certs are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations and cross-functional casino activities.
• Assist in end-to-end project planning, implementation, and tracking.
• Monitor operational workflows, facilities, and financial performance metrics.
• Execute process improvements to optimize costs and maximize guest spend.
• Support revenue growth strategies across gaming and non-gaming amenities.
• Provide hands-on team leadership, floor visibility, and ad-hoc managerial support.
