Job summary

LaVie in the Philippines seeks a Specialist, Management Reporting and Analysis to develop controls around management reporting and budgeting. You will prepare budgets, financial statements, and ad hoc analyses to support decision making.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage data tools, and ensure accuracy and compliance with reporting requirements for timely insights and improved business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or related field.
• Experience in gaming operations, corporate planning, or project/business development preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for non-technical stakeholders.

• English language proficiency required.

Job Brief

The Specialist, Management Reporting and Analysis is responsible for developing and implementing controls and process designs around management reporting and budgeting. Duties include ad hoc financial analysis, preparation of budgets and financial statements, and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and prepare revenue and expense reports in coordination with finance and operations teams; suggest operational improvement initiatives.


• Assist in revenue and expense reporting using data tools (Casino Management Systems, Analytics tools, ERP systems).


• Develop and maintain financial models to project revenue, demand, expenses, and profitability; collaborate with finance and marketing for accurate forecasts.


• Monitor and analyze project cash flows against budgets and projections; suggest cash management activities.


• Review marketing and operational initiatives to align with company strategies (concept papers, post-mortem reviews, feasibility studies, contract reviews).


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, align objectives, and implement recommendations.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, or related fields.


• Experience in Gaming Operations, Corporate Planning, Corporate Finance, or Project/Business Development preferred.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
