Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily department activities across casino divisions to drive strategic outcomes.
• Plan, develop, and implement major operational projects end-to-end.
• Monitor operational and financial performance metrics of the casino.
• Support revenue growth through process optimization and cost control.
• Analyze local market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Support growth strategies for gaming and non-gaming segments.
• Provide hands-on leadership and engagement for project teams.
• Perform managerial duties and assist the manager as needed.
