Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, Human Resources, or related field
- At least 3–5 years experience in operations, manpower services, logistics, transport, or workforce management
- Experience handling field personnel and client-facing operations is highly preferred
- Experience in trucking, fleet operations, or transportation manpower is an advantage
Responsibilities:
Operations Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of driver deployment and manpower servicing
- Ensure complete and efficient deployment of drivers based on client requirements and schedules Monitor operational performance, manpower availability, attendance, and service delivery standards
- Ensure continuity of operations by proactively addressing manpower shortages, absences, and operational disruptions
- Handle escalations involving drivers, dispatch concerns, operational incidents, and client complaints Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and operational procedures
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary operational point-of-contact for assigned clients
- Maintain strong professional relationships with client representatives and stakeholders
- Conduct regular coordination meetings, operational updates, and issue resolution discussions with clients
- Ensure client concerns, complaints, and requests are addressed promptly and professionally
- Represent the company during operational meetings, investigations, and site engagements
- Protect and promote the company’s professional image and service reputation
People Management & Workforce Supervision
- Directly supervise deployed truck drivers and operational support personnel
- Lead employee discipline, coaching, counseling, and performance management activities
- Monitor driver conduct, professionalism, attendance, and compliance with company rules
- Conduct operational briefings, toolbox meetings, and employee orientations as needed
- Foster accountability, professionalism, and operational discipline among deployed personnel
- Recommend disciplinary actions, suspensions, or terminations when necessary
Policy Development & Process Improvement
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational policies, procedures, and SOPs
- Standardize operational workflows to improve efficiency, compliance, and service consistency
- Identify operational risks, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities
- Recommend and implement operational controls and best practices
- Ensure operational procedures align with client expectations and company objectives
Compliance, Safety & Incident Management
- Ensure drivers comply with traffic laws, client safety requirements, and company regulations
- Monitor validity and completeness of driver licenses, certifications, and required documents
- Lead investigations involving operational incidents, accidents, violations, or customer complaints Prepare operational and incident reports for management and clients
- Coordinate corrective and preventive actions to minimize operational risks .
Administrative & Reporting Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit operational reports, manpower updates, and incident summaries
- Maintain accurate operational records and deployment documentation
- Coordinate with HR, Recruitment, Payroll, and Accounting regarding manpower concerns and operational requirements
- Assist management in operational planning, manpower forecasting, and client servicing strategies
