Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Property Management, Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years experience in property management, facilities management or commercial real estate operations; M&E experience required.
• Retail, mixed use or large scale commercial assets experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the overall management and day to day operations of a major commercial or retail asset.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, regulations and internal standards.
• Oversee outsourced service providers across security, cleaning, landscaping, pest management and waste services.
• Assist in investigation and resolution of operational issues, tenant concerns and building incidents.
• Support the preparation and management of annual operating budgets, forecasts and asset performance reports.
• Contribute to business planning and strategies to enhance asset value and customer experience.
• Assist with team development, staff training and succession planning.
• Collaborate on implementation of new processes, systems and operational frameworks.

Operations Manager/Senior Operations Manager (Technical)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations/Senior Operations Manager to support the operations and performance of a prominent property in Singapore. This role offers the chance to work alongside an established property management team while gaining exposure to asset enhancement initiatives, operational excellence, budgeting and technology driven facilities management.

This position would suit a hands on property professional with strong technical knowledge, excellent stakeholder management skills and a passion for delivering exceptional asset performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the overall management and day to day operations of a major commercial or retail asset
• Ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements, industry regulations and internal operational standards
• Oversee outsourced service providers across areas including security, cleaning, landscaping, pest management and waste services
• Assist in the investigation and resolution of operational issues, tenant concerns and building related incidents
• Support the preparation and management of annual operating budgets, forecasts and asset performance reports
• Contribute to business planning initiatives and operational strategies designed to enhance asset value and customer experience
• Assist with team development, staff training programs and succession planning initiatives
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on the implementation of new processes, systems and operational frameworks
• Support sustainability initiatives and operational best practices across the asset portfolio

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Property Management, Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering or a related discipline
• Approximately 3 to 5 years of experience within property management, facilities management or commercial real estate operations is required, M&E experience is required
• Prior exposure to retail, mixed use or large scale commercial assets is required
• Strong understanding of building services and mechanical and electrical systems
• Experience managing contractors, service providers and operational stakeholders
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience supervising teams or vendors
• Commercial awareness with experience supporting budgets, cost control and financial reporting
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment and managing multiple priorities
