Job summary

Insight is seeking an Operations Manager with PMO experience to lead a nine-member Project Coordinators team and drive governance, delivery, and operational efficiency. This hybrid role is based in Pasig City, Philippines, with responsibility for coordinating cross-functional IT projects and optimizing resource usage.

You will oversee planning, risk management, and KPI achievement while supporting strategic decisions through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of overall professional experience.
• 3-5 years of people management and/or leadership experience is a must.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to motivate, guide, and develop team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong PowerPoint skills required.
• Experience with Smartsheet and/or Microsoft Project is advantageous.
• PMP and Lean Six Sigma certifications are considered preferred but not required.
• Ability to effectively manage and support a team of Project Coordinators.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience within IT or technology environments is preferred.
