Job summary

Insight Enterprises, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex IT projects for clients and internal teams in the Manila area.

You will provide leadership, drive profitability, manage budgets, and ensure successful delivery across Waterfall and Agile environments. You will devote substantial time to project leadership while collaborating with sales and leadership to pursue opportunities, develop SOWs, and respond to RFPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• 10 years of related IT services, IT Operations, or professional services experience.
• PMP certification is required.
• Proven track record managing projects across Waterfall and Agile frameworks.
• Extensive P&L responsibility for a technology services delivery team.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong leadership.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Amenable to work in Manila on a hybrid setup (1 day in office, 4 days from home).

Project Manager Sr. (US Shift)

About the role

As a Project Manager Sr, you will be responsible for managing, directing, and overseeing the operations and administration of assigned projects and programs. You will provide visible leadership, accountability, and authority over high-profile projects delivered to Insight clients or internal leadership. Working independently, you will exhibit a high degree of initiative in resolving problems and developing recommended solutions to ensure successful project delivery.

Along the way, you will get to:

• Devote 90% of your time to leading and managing projects and programs, and 10% to business development.
• Act as a visible, accountable leader overseeing the successful delivery of Insight projects and programs for clients while helping develop new opportunities for future business.
• Work with internal leadership to help drive best practices, standards, and methodology to the regional practices.
• Ensure the change management process is utilized to maintain profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead projects relative to milestone completion while managing resource and financial budgets, and develop complete project schedules to ensure required dates are met.
• Monitor and maintain client and internal project executive satisfaction by engaging in weekly or monthly status meetings.
• Assist Sales in business development activities to grow Insight Services business, participate in authoring Statements of Work (SOWs), and respond to RFPs.
• Present Insight’s Project Management and service capabilities to prospective clients.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university.
• 10 years of related experience and/or training in the IT services, IT Operations, or professional services industry.
• PMP certification is required.
• Proven track record in managing projects across Waterfall and Agile frameworks.
• Extensive experience in P&L responsibility for a technology services delivery team and proven success driving profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to generate and manage detailed project plans and seamlessly manage technical resources working on multiple projects.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to run project update meetings for both technical and non-technical attendees.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills and the ability to interface seamlessly with sales staff.
• Leadership qualities and skills that motivate project team members to drive the project to a successful conclusion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Planner, MS Teams, MS Copilot, and SharePoint.
• Amenable to work in Manila on a hybrid setup (1 day a week in the office, 4 days a week from home).
