Job summary

Insight in Pasig City is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage project and deployment activities. You will oversee large, complex projects, coordinate shipments, and drive overall delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

You will lead a project team, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure rigorous documentation and reporting. We value strong organization, communication and problem-solving skills, along with solid proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years in project and deployment coordination roles.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and project tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide project and deployment management for large, complex projects.
• Lead and direct the project team to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments for IT deployments.
• Analyze data, prepare reports, and take meeting minutes.
• Track and manage high-visibility project rollouts with stakeholders.

As a Project Coordinator, you will provide project and deployment management for a wide variety of large and complex projects to achieve successful completion and delivery of projects within scope, schedule and budget. We will count on you to provide overall leadership and direction to established project team. Along the way, you will get to:

• Manage and schedule all inbound shipments, integration and outbound shipmentsrequiredto integrate and deploy IT products
• Analyzes data, composes, prepares,proofsand edits internal and outgoing correspondence and reports, takes meeting minutes. Distributes a variety of material, such as correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, etc.
• Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders to track and manage large, high visible, and complex projectroll-outs

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 2-3 years of project & deployment coordinator experience
• Excellent organization, communication andproblem solvingskills
• Strong Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, SharePoint,PowerPointand Project

Basic to intermediate financial acumen preferred, with the ability to understand and interpret project costs, revenue drivers, and their impact on overall business performance.

• Demonstrated ability to do in-depth research and provide solutions
