Job summary

TaskUs in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented operations professional to support labeling campaigns across client projects. You will coordinate with client teams, translate requirements into SOPs, and help onboard labeling staff.

You will monitor daily performance, review accuracy and throughput, gather edge cases, conduct spot checks, and assist in creating training examples under senior leadership. The role emphasizes data security and living our People First culture.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client communications and daily campaign updates.
• Translate client requirements into SOPs for labeling pods.
• Monitor daily performance to ensure SLAs and quality.
• Review metrics (accuracy, throughput, rework) to identify bottlenecks.
• Assist in creating and maintaining SOPs and Gold Sets with senior leadership.
• Support staffing to onboard new labelers per project needs.
• Ensure SOP adherence and data security across projects.
• Promote and model TaskUs CORE values within teams.
