As a strategic leader, you will monitor performance, deliver ROI insights, and ensure compliance with policies, scaling operations and strengthening client relationships for long-term success.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills with Google Suite/Workspace.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience in preparing ROI analyses and reporting to executives.
• Proven track record of meeting targets and leading teams.
• Ability to manage third-party vendor relationships.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct activities of campaigns and all Operations staff.
• Maintain open communication between staff and senior management.
• Provide staffing, training, and staffing plans for operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop goals and implement plans to achieve objectives.
• Guide Operations Managers to meet team and individual targets.
• Assist in crafting operations procedures.
