Job summary

Jetbest Animal Nutrition & Health Care, Inc. in Batangas, Philippines invites a detail-oriented production operator to join our manufacturing team.

You will execute the production schedule, ensure accurate encoding of formulation codes, materials and inclusion rates, and operate batching, grinding and bagging processes. You will maintain material inventories, follow safety protocols and PPE requirements, keep logbooks up to date, report daily activities, perform housekeeping, and submit complete

Qualifications

• Execute production schedules in compliance with quality parameters.
• Encode formulation code, material type and inclusion rate accurately.
• Operate batching, grinding, mixing and bagging processes safely.
• Maintain material inventories at adequate levels.
• Fill out and submit end-of-shift reports on time.
• Keep logbooks updated with daily activities.
• Perform housekeeping to maintain a clean production area.
• Follow PPE and safety protocols at all times.

• Execution of production schedule in compliance with production and quality parameter.
• Safe keep the feed formulation to secure it's confidentiality.
• Ensures accurate encoding of formulation code, type of material and inclusion rate.
• Operate the batching, grinding, mixing and bagging efficiently.
• Maintain the inventory of material at sufficient level.
• Ensure that procedures are religiously followed.
• Ensure that all generated reports are complete and timely submitted in every end of shift.
• Performs daily recording of activities and updates in logbooks.
• Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean working environment.
• Follow safety protocols and required PPE's to ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform checking of display weight vs actual weight of batch weigher and PLP every month end.
