Private Advertiser is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day manpower operations, focusing on labor relations, case management, and workforce deployment. The role ensures compliance with labor laws and coordinates between clients, workers, and regulatory agencies.
Responsibilities include coordinating recruitment, deployment, scheduling, monitoring performance, handling disputes, and maintaining detailed records.
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the manpower agency, with a strong focus on labor relations, labor case management, and workforce deployment. This role ensures compliance with labor laws, efficient manpower utilization, and smooth coordination between clients, workers, and regulatory agencies.
Oversee end-to-end manpower operations, including recruitment coordination, deployment, scheduling, and workforce allocation
Ensure optimal utilization of manpower based on client requirements and contracts
Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance of deployed personnel
Coordinate with clients regarding staffing needs, concerns, and service issues
Handle labor-related issues, complaints, and disputes involving employees and clients
Represent the company in labor cases, hearings, mediations, and conferences with labor authorities
Coordinate with legal counsel on labor cases and ensure proper documentation and compliance
Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to minimize labor disputes
Ensure full compliance with labor laws, regulations, and government requirements
Oversee preparation and submission of required reports to labor and regulatory agencies
Maintain accurate records of employment contracts, disciplinary actions, and labor cases
Enforce company policies, rules, and code of conduct across all deployed personnel
Conduct investigations on employee violations and recommend appropriate disciplinary actions
Assist in developing and improving operational and labor-related policies
Supervise and guide operations staff, coordinators, and field supervisors
Conduct regular meetings and briefings to ensure alignment with operational goals
Act as the main point of contact between management, employees, clients, and government offices
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or related field
Proven experience in manpower agency operations, labor relations, or HR management
Strong knowledge of labor laws, labor standards, and dispute resolution processes
Experience handling labor cases and dealing with labor/government agencies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and organizational abilities
Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive labor issues
Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills
Client-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple operations
