Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and improve productivity, efficiency, and performance of our deployed workforce at client sites across the manufacturing sector.

The ideal candidate will have strong background in manufacturing operations, workforce management, and process optimization, with a background in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent operations management experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, production, or plant management.
• Experience in managing workforce efficiency and productivity.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the deployed workforce at manufacturing sites.
• Ensure manpower deployment meets production targets and client requirements.
• Monitor worker productivity, efficiency, attendance, and performance.
• Coordinate with client production and engineering teams to solve operational issues.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to maximize output.
• Conduct site visits to ensure safety and operational compliance.
• Supervise site supervisors and team leaders; provide coaching and feedback.
• Prepare reports on operations, productivity, and workforce performance.
