Job summary

Kasama Hospitality Group is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily service execution, team coordination, quality control, and reporting within our premium hospitality operations in Taguig. In-office role, with Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekends, located at Bayani Road, Taguig.

Candidates should have 2–5 years of experience in similar environments, strong leadership, and proficiency in Microsoft 365 to prepare clear reports and schedules.

Kasama Hospitality Group is looking for a disciplined and service-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily service execution, team coordination, quality control, reporting, and operational consistency within our premium cleaning and hospitality operations.

Location: Bayani Road, Taguig.

Work Arrangement: In office. This is not a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday. Occasional weekends. Flexibility required based on operational requirements.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 -5 years-experience in operations management, hospitality, housekeeping, facilities, or premium service environments.

This role requires strong leadership, organization, problem-solving, accountability, and the ability to manage teams professionally.

Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft 365 and able to prepare clear reports, updates, schedules, and operational documentation.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.

Equivalent relevant experience may be considered. Experience in hotels, luxury service, residential services, or facilities operations is an advantage.
