Job summary

Banyan Logistics Inc. in Metro Manila invites an experienced Logistics Manager to lead our transport, warehousing and distribution teams from Parañaque City.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in logistics, strong leadership, and a deep knowledge of import/export, customs, and ERP systems, with excellent communication and prioritization skills to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing, or supply chain operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of import/export processes, customs regulations, and freight forwarding operations.
• Proven experience in managing transportation, warehouse operations, and distribution.
• Excellent leadership, people management, and team development skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and logistics or ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Results-oriented with a commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and logistics compliance is an advantage.
• Willing to work in Parañaque City and travel when required.
