Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuously review and improve operational processes to enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies.
• Provide guidance to the operations team, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Support training initiatives to enhance team skills and ensure consistent application of operational procedures.
• To conduct Facility Maintenance, Inventories, Merchandise Monitoring
• Review spreadsheets for accuracy.
• Ensure that branches are following established processes.
• Manage and coordinate daily operations across multiple locations to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company policies.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and customer service.
• Engage with customers to address concerns, gather feedback, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree or any related area
• With 1 to 2 years of working experience in related fields
• Knowledge of packaging processes, organizational skills, quality control, team management, problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of safety procedures, written and oral communication skills, sharp attention to detail
