Job summary

Club Nalu is a hotel located in Bacnotan, La Union, seeking an experienced finance-focused general manager to oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting for daily hotel operations.

The role requires hotel management experience and the ability to commute to La Union. You will manage accounts, filings and long-term financial plans while supporting the GM in cash-flow monitoring and budgeting processes.

Qualifications

• Hotel management experience: 3 years (Preferred).
• Relocation or commuting to La Union required.

Responsibilities

• Direct annual budgeting and planning process for the organization's annual budget.
• Develop and manage annual budget.
• Oversee monthly and quarterly forecasts of financial performance against budget.
• Oversee short and long-term financial and managerial reporting.
• Oversee the day to day processing of accounts receivable and payable producing reports as requested.
• Reconcile monthly activity, generate year-end reports, and fulfill tax related requirements.
• Assist the GM in creating annual organizational budget and monitoring cash flow.
• Ensure that Accounting Department requests are resolved and communicated in a timely manner to internal and external parties.
• Develop long-range forecasts and maintain long-range financial plans.
• Develop, maintain and monitor all accounting systems and procedures capturing billings and receipts and for the recording of all revenue transactions

About the role

Responsible for the day-to-day management of a hotel and its staff with accountability for budgeting and financial management, planning, organizing and directing all hotel services, including front of the house, housekeeping, and engineering.

Key responsibilities
