Job summary

Cadlao El Nido Resort in El Nido, Palawan, seeks an experienced Operations Manager with a strong accounting and finance background to oversee day-to-day operations and administrative functions.

The role requires coordinating with the Admin and Accounting teams, reviewing budgets and expenses, and ensuring internal controls and financial procedures are followed. You will lead department heads, drive efficiency, and provide management reports to ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant management experience, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.
• Knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, and expense monitoring ( to check if reports has been done correctly by the admin team)
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Experience in hotel/resort operations is highly preferred
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and hands-on
• Must be willing and ready to relocate to El Nido, Palawan
