Job summary

Koko Global Hospitality (Philipines) Co., Ltd. is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee property operations across multiple locations in the Philippines.

The role covers daily operations, relationship management, quality control, training, owner representation, and strategic initiatives. You will travel frequently, conduct weekly RM meetings, perform quarterly QC, and implement improvement plans, while ensuring SOP adherence and staff training.

Qualifications

• Must be available to travel frequently across Philippines properties.
• Strong ability to manage relationships with owners and RM teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, inspections, and timely issue resolution across multiple properties.
• Visit base location weekly and other sites monthly.
• Conduct one-on-one RM meetings weekly.
• Perform quarterly quality control per property and drive improvement actions.
• Ensure SOP adherence and conduct staff training accordingly.
• Hold monthly owner meetings and act as main liaison between RM and Corporate office.
• Develop and promote WOW ideas for guests and staff.

About the role

This role involves overseeing property operations across multiple locations in the Philippines, with responsibilities spanning daily operations, relationship management, quality control, training, owner representation, and strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure daily reports, inspections, and reviews are conducted with issues addressed promptly
• Visit property at the base location once a week
• Visit property at different locations once a month
• Conduct one-on-one meetings with RM weekly
• Conduct quality control once per quarter per property at minimum
• Conduct improvement action plans according to QC results
• Ensure SOP applies and ensure training is conducted accordingly
• Conduct monthly meetings with owner
• Serve as main contact person for owner and between RM and Corporate office
• Develop and encourage WOW ideas for guests and staff

About you

• Must be fully available and willing to travel frequently across various property locations in the Philippines
• High flexibility with work schedule and location assignments
• Able to understand and assist RM in P&L, budget, or other accounting-related matters
• Able to understand and communicate KGH's Mission and Core values
• Able to understand and communicate each new implementation from KGH to RM
