Job summary

RELX, a global information analytics leader, is seeking an experienced REPH Coplogic Sales Manager to lead frontline supervisors and team leads in Manila. You will drive revenue attainment, manage pipelines, and ensure operational excellence while developing leadership capacity across the sales organization.

You will partner with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders to translate strategy into executable plans, overseeing governance, data integrity, and performance dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales, Marketing, Operations, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including leading remote or multi-team sales organizations.
• Proven ability to drive revenue, conversion, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy.
• Experience developing frontline leaders and sales professionals.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership, coaching, and development to frontline supervisors and team leads, with clear performance objectives and operating rhythms.
• Own overall sales performance, drive revenue, conversion, activity, and pipeline goals; maintain dashboards and reviews.
• Establish a coaching framework for supervisors and sellers; review calls and customer interactions for quality and effectiveness.
• Maintain visibility into the sales pipeline; ensure accurate forecasts and data integrity in Salesforce.
• Lead operational improvement initiatives; adopt new tools, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Partner with HR to plan staffing, recruiting, onboarding, and workforce readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to align priorities and drive execution.
• Translate strategic direction into measurable operating plans and support expansion into new markets.
