Qualifications

Responsibilities

Provide direct leadership, coaching, and development to frontline supervisors and team leads.
Own the overall sales performance of the REPH Coplogic Sales organization and drive revenue attainment.
Establish performance dashboards, reviews, and operating rhythms.
Forecast and manage the sales pipeline; ensure data integrity in Salesforce.
Lead workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and leadership development.
Collaborate across functions to align sales strategy with product, training, and operations.
