Job summary

Savills Philippines, a leader in real estate solutions, seeks an Operations Lead for Facilities Management at Head Office, BGC, Taguig. The role is on-site with a five-day work week, overseeing maintenance, service delivery, and regulatory compliance across managed properties.

You will lead a FM team, manage vendors, monitor budgets, and optimize energy use while ensuring client satisfaction and timely reporting. A degree in engineering plus 4 years FM experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 4 years of working experience in Facilities Management.
• Willing to work on site and on field.
• Amenable to work five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, operations, and service delivery of managed properties, ensuring compliance with policies, laws, regulations, and standards.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Monitor and optimize energy consumption, facility costs, budgets, and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, risk management, permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, coach, and monitor Facilities Management team performance.
• Manage vendors and service providers, including contract compliance and service quality.
• Monitor billing, collections, revenue targets, and financial requirements across sites.
• Maintain relationships with clients, landlords, and stakeholders through effective communication.
• Monitor client satisfaction and delivery of high-quality services.
• Oversee timely submission of operational reports and client deliverables per ISO 9001:2015.
• Support space planning and workplace optimization for productivity and wellbeing.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Support strategic planning and business development aligned with long-term goals.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Oversee the overall maintenance, operations, and service delivery of managed properties, ensuring compliance with company policies, laws, regulations, and standards.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and operational disruptions.

• Monitor billing, collections, revenue targets, and financial requirements of Facilities Management sites.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, board of trustees, and other key stakeholders through regular engagement and effective communication.
• Monitor client satisfaction and ensure the delivery of high-quality Facilities Management services.
• Oversee the timely submission of operational reports, documentation, and client deliverables in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam) or any related course
• At least 4 years of working experience in Facilities Management.
• Willing to work on site and do field work.
• Amenable to work five (5) days a week.
