Job summary

Extend Your Team is seeking a seasoned Team Leader in the Philippines to oversee a high-performing customer service group supporting US mortgage and credit card accounts. You will drive efficiency, manage priorities, and ensure accurate loan origination workflows.

Your strong leadership, English fluency, and analytical problem-solving will coordinate with cross-functional teams and leverage Zendesk, Asana, and Amazon Connect. US Pacific time alignment is required.

Qualifications

• Seasoned professional with 10+ years in customer service leadership.
• Experience with US mortgage and/or credit card accounts is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English, cross-functional coordination, and process improvement.
