Lalamove is seeking a Hub Operations professional to oversee day-to-day hub activities in Iloilo City, Philippines. The role focuses on supervising drivers, coordinating onboarding, and driving scalable expansion across sites.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in customer service, operations, or logistics, with strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and willingness to work on-site at the hub.

• Lead driver onboarding, verification, training, and activation activities.
• Support hub expansion and new site launches, including offsite onboarding programs.
• Improve hub processes and strategies to drive efficiency, activation, and growth.
• Monitor hub performance and implement data-driven improvements.
• Ensure hub operational readiness, including manpower, supplies, training, and facilities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver hub and expansion initiatives.
