Job summary

Lalamove is seeking a Driver Operations Associate to manage driver relationships and reactivation in Manila. This full-time, on-site role focuses on supporting drivers, analyzing data, and implementing strategies to improve availability during peak hours.

You will collaborate with the Driver Support team, monitor driver performance, and create reports to track the impact of incentive programs and driver initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, supply management, or Reactivation roles.
• Strong analytical skills with data insights.
• Excellent communication with drivers and internal teams.
• Proven ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the ride-sharing or logistics industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular call-outs to inactive drivers to encourage reactivation.
• Collaborate with the Driver Support team to address driver concerns promptly.
• Identify and address deviations from established standards or benchmarks.
• Implement strategies to optimize driver availability during peak demand hours.
• Create and maintain reports to track the success of driver initiatives.
• Implement Panalomoves or similar incentive programs to motivate and reward drivers.
