Lalamove in the Philippines is seeking a Hub Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations, onboarding, activation, and expansion efforts across assigned driver hubs. You will drive efficiency, growth, and readiness by coordinating with cross-functional teams and implementing data-driven improvements.

Qualifications include 2–3 years in operations-related roles, a Bachelor's degree, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in hub, branch, site, logistics, fleet or high-volume operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned Driver Hub.
• Lead driver onboarding, verification, training, and activation activities.
• Support hub expansion and new site launches, including offsite onboarding programs.
• Improve hub processes and strategies to drive efficiency, activation, and growth.
• Monitor hub performance and implement data-driven improvements.
• Ensure hub operational readiness, including manpower, supplies, training, and facilities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver hub and expansion initiatives.
