Job summary

Shopee Philippines is seeking a strategic leader to drive invoicing system automation and tax compliance initiatives across Operations, Tax, Finance, and Product. You will manage end-to-end invoicing projects, align with BIR policies, and champion live rollouts to reduce manual work.

Collaborating with local Tax and Finance teams, you will translate complex regulations into clear guidance for sellers and build a unified invoicing roadmap that balances compliance with a smooth seller experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in finance operations, payment/invoicing, tax technology, fintech, or product operations.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine invoicing requirements and BIR regulations.
• Experience drafting FRFs/BRDs and managing UAT for billing modules.
• Ability to translate complex tax policies into actionable workflows and seller communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end invoicing product updates, automation initiatives, and feature enhancements.
• Draft FRFs and secure HOD approvals for live rollouts to reduce manual work.
• Ensure compliance with BIR policies including e-invoicing (EIS) and Form 2307.
• Standardize monthly invoice issuance and quarterly Form 2307 handling.
• Coordinate cross-functional invoicing roadmap with Tax, Finance, Product, and Commercial teams.
• Translate regulatory changes into clear guidance for external sellers.
