Job summary

Inspiro in the Philippines is seeking an experienced tax professional to oversee tax planning, reporting, audits, and risk mitigation while optimizing tax efficiency. The role requires handling both local and international tax matters, with close collaboration with auditors and tax authorities.

You will manage tax compliance processes, monitor regulatory changes, and engage with BIR, LGUs, PEZA, and BOI as needed. Strong ERP skills in SAP/Oracle/Netsuite and Excel are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in tax compliance and regulatory roles, preferably within the BPO industry.
• Extensive experience in corporate tax compliance, tax audits, and regulatory reporting in the Philippines and global markets.
• Strong understanding of Philippine tax laws and familiarity with international tax regulations.
• Regulatory engagement with agencies like BIR, LGUs, PEZA, and BOI.
• ERP knowledge with SAP, Oracle or Netsuite and MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Independently applies Philippine and global tax laws in compliance tasks, ensuring accuracy in tax computations and regulatory filings.
• Manage tax compliance processes across multiple jurisdictions and monitor regulatory updates.
• Implement tax planning strategies to optimize liabilities and evaluate cross-border transactions.
• Monitor performance indicators and perform data analysis to provide timely financial recommendations.
• Interpret financial trends to provide insights into the company’s financial health.
• Perform complex financial reconciliation and resolve discrepancies in accounts.
