Job summary

Keepr Storage Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Head to oversee day-to-day warehouse, logistics, pickup, delivery, and fleet activities. The role drives efficiency, cost control, and service quality across all operations in a fast-paced setting.

You will lead the operations team, set performance targets, ensure secure handling of client items, and coordinate with HR, Finance, Sales, and Customer Service to meet requirements. A strategic leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant operations, logistics, warehouse, or transportation experience, preferably with managerial experience.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse, logistics, fleet, and delivery operations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and operational reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily warehouse, logistics, pickup, delivery, and fleet operations.
• Establish, implement, and monitor operational procedures, standards, and performance targets.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, movement, and security of client items.
• Monitor pickup and delivery schedules and resolve operational delays and issues.
• Manage fleet utilization, vehicle availability, maintenance, repairs, and compliance.
• Lead and supervise the operations team, including manpower planning, scheduling, performance monitoring, and discipline.
• Monitor operational KPIs, costs, productivity, and service levels.
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and Management on operational requirements.
• Handle escalated client and operational concerns.

About the role
