Job summary

ZALORA Philippines is seeking an Operations Excellence Specialist open to fresh grads or 1 year of experience. You will co-lead our Lean Six Sigma/CI program, manage high-impact CI projects, and help embed a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

The role involves leading cross-functional initiatives, training and coaching teams, and traveling for trainings as needed. A startup mindset and strong RCA, problem-solving skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of work experience (Fresh grads also considered).
• Strong project or program management experience.
• Good change management and transformational skills.
• Able to think and plan strategically.
• Customer-centric mindset with ability to build engagement habits.
• Strong people-focused mindset and RCA-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact, cross-functional improvement projects in a timely, effective manner.
• Work with local teams to achieve objectives and OKRs.
• Collaborate with CI program champions to embed CI culture.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and workshops for new improvement ideas.
• Travel to conduct trainings when needed.
• Partner with managers to instill CI routines across teams.
• Design and achieve quarterly OKRs aligned with company goals.
• Develop and lead value-adding initiatives for process and cultural transformation.
• Improve employee engagement in the CI program across participant journeys.
• Plan and execute expansion of the CI program across departments.
