Job summary

Excelitas Technologies Philippines in Cabuyao, Philippines, is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to oversee daily production, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery in a high-volume electronics environment.

You will develop manufacturing plans, optimize resources, and lead Lean/Six Sigma initiatives while mentoring a team of engineers and supervisors to sustain high performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline).
• Minimum 10 years manufacturing experience in a senior production/engineering/managerial role.
• Deep understanding of Lean, JIT and Six Sigma; knowledge of OEE and TOC.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops manufacturing plans to achieve department goals and executes daily decisions.
• Ensures production plans meet cost targets and delivery/quality requirements.
• Allocates resources and plans for manufacturing operations.
• Responds to changes, issues, and future manufacturing challenges.
• Monitors capacity planning, space utilization, and machine efficiency.
• Oversees production and headcount planning.
