Job summary

Manulife Asia Data Office seeks an experienced Senior Data Analyst to lead BI programs across global and regional partners. You will gather requirements, plan projects, and guide the team to deliver ETL and data applications on a cloud-based Enterprise Data Lake platform.

You will transform data for analysis, build dashboards, and present insights to stakeholders with compelling narratives while collaborating with diverse teams around the Asia region.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in BI Analyst, Data Analyst, BI Engineer, or Data Engineer roles.
• Proficiency in data manipulation, analysis, warehousing, mining, extraction, visualization, and ETL.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, R, Spark, and Excel for data querying and analysis.
• Familiarity with big data tools such as ADLS, Data Factory, DataBricks, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of priority BI programs across global, regional, and local teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements.
• Plan projects, manage risks, and lead daily activities to objectives.
• Oversee ETL and data applications on a cloud-based Enterprise Data Lake platform.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to present insights with compelling narratives.
