Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a detail-oriented Business Operations Support Analyst to streamline operations and ensure efficient processes at our Taguig, Philippines site. The role focuses on administrative support, data handling, and contributing to organizational success.

You will manage records, support program teams, and help develop efficient processes while leveraging Google Suite and BI platforms to generate actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in an administrative or operational role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Process oriented with strong analytical skills in problem identification & resolution.
• Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation (nice to have).
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Support facilities BAU with high-volume administrative tasks.
• Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
• Provide general administrative support to program teams.
• Assist in developing and implementing efficient operational processes.
• Prepare reports and analyses to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Data source management and data gathering for centralized reporting.
• Support data extraction, transformation, and analysis using Google Sheets and BI tools.
• Review systems data to ensure information is up-to-date and accurate.
• Support projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Support drafting newsletters and manage a communications schedule.
