Job summary

UpSkill MNL, Inc. is seeking a proactive Coordinator to support the General Santos cluster.

The role involves coordinating administrative and commercial reporting to the Operations Supervisor, ensuring compliance with client directives, and promoting client products in a professional, customer-friendly manner. You will train front-liners on product knowledge and promote skills, while monitoring KPIs and maintaining strong relationships with principals and retail outlets.

Qualifications

• College graduate of any course.
• Experience as a Coordinator in Retail / Merchandising / Promotions.
• Able to use a laptop and MS Office for report creation.
• Able to use Zoom / GMeet or Teams for virtual meetings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely submission of administrative and commercial reports to the Operations Supervisor.
• Timely compliance with company and client directives (principal-initiated projects).
• Promote the clients products or services in a professional but customer-friendly Manner
• Train all front-liners in client product knowledge and product promotion skills
• Compliance to agreed client KPIs
• Consolidate and present team performance to company stakeholders, client representatives and to the whole team
• Regularly attends company, client, and retail outlet-initiated meetings
• Establish outstanding relationships with the principal and the retail outlets
• Align with the Operations Supervisor in developing the monthly Coverage Plan with respect to the objective of the team and the priorities of the client
• Monitor and safeguard all the equipment issued to all company personnel, client representatives, and retail outlets.
