Job summary

You will prepare administrative and commercial reports, align with client directives, and promote products through professional, customer-friendly engagement. Responsibilities include training front-liners on product knowledge, monitoring KPIs, and presenting team performance to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• College graduate of any course.
• Experience as a Coordinator in Retail/Merchandising/Promotions.
• Proficient with laptop and MS Office for reports.
• Proficient in Zoom/Google Meet/Teams for virtual meetings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely submission of administrative and commercial reports to the Operations Supervisor.
• Comply with company and client directives on principal-initiated projects.
• Promote client products or services in a professional, customer-friendly manner.
• Train front-liners in client product knowledge and promotion skills.
• Consolidate and present team performance to stakeholders.
• Attend meetings with company, client, and retail outlets.
• Establish relationships with principal and retail outlets.
• Assist in developing the monthly Coverage Plan with respect to team objectives.
• Monitor and safeguard equipment issued to personnel, client representatives, and outlets.

• Timely compliance with company and client directives (principal-initiated projects).
• Promote the client's products or services in a professional but customer-friendly manner
• Train all front-liners in client product knowledge and product promotion skills
• Compliance to agreed client KPIs
• Consolidate and present team performance to company stakeholders, client representatives, and to the whole team
• Regularly attends company, client, and retail outlet-initiated meetings
• Establish outstanding relationship with the principal and the retail outlets
• Align with the Operations Supervisor in developing the monthly Coverage Plan with respect to the objective of the team and priorities of the client
• Monitor and safeguard all the equipment issued to all company personnel, client representatives, and retail outlets.

Qualifications:

• College graduate of any course
• Has experience being a Coordinator in any of these: Retail/Merchandising/Promotions
• Able to use a laptop and MS Office for report creation
• Able to use Zoom/GMeet or Teams for virtual meetings
