Job summary

Zenobuild&Co. Construction Services is seeking a motivated individual to support civil construction projects on-site. The role focuses on monitoring activities, coordinating teams, and ensuring documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

You will assist the Project Engineer with plans, schedules, and inspections while maintaining safe, organized site conditions. Fresh graduates are welcome, and willingness to travel to project locations is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent in civil/architecture/construction or related field.
• Fresh graduates with solid fundamentals are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to read basic architectural and engineering drawings.
• Willing to work full-time at a construction site.
• Good writing and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular on-site monitoring and coordination.
• Assist the Project Engineer in implementing plans, specs, schedules, and instructions.
• Monitor daily construction activities and progress.
• Coordinate workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries at the site.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress photos, manpower records, and other required documentation.
• Monitor materials received, used and stored on site.
• Report site problems, discrepancies, delays, safety concerns, and quality issues to the Project Engineer.
• Assist in checking actual site conditions against construction drawings.
• Support inspections, punchlisting, testing, and QA/QC activities.
• Assist with site measurements and documentation when required.
• Coordinate requests for materials and site requirements with the Project Engineer.
• Maintain organized site records.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness, order, safety awareness, and proper material storage at the project.
