Job summary

Zenobuild&Co. Construction Services in the Philippines seeks a diligent site supervisor/engineering graduate to join our on-site team. You will support the Project Engineer with plans, schedules, and daily coordination at our construction sites.

This role requires reading simple drawings, reporting progress with photos, maintaining records, and coordinating crews, suppliers, and safety processes. Fresh graduates are welcome; willing to travel to project locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate or undergraduate in civil/related field.

Responsibilities

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide regular on-site monitoring and coordination.

• Assist the Project Engineer in implementing approved plans, specifications, schedules, and instructions.

• Monitor daily construction activities and accomplishments.

• Coordinate workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries at the site.

• Prepare daily site reports, progress photos, manpower records, and other required documentation.

• Monitor materials received, used, and stored on site.

• Immediately report site problems, discrepancies, delays, safety concerns, and quality issues to the Project Engineer.

• Assist in checking actual site conditions against construction drawings.

• Support inspections, punchlisting, testing, and QA/QC activities.

• Assist with site measurements and documentation when required.

• Coordinate requests for materials and site requirements with the Project Engineer.

• Maintain organized site records.

• Assist in maintaining cleanliness, order, safety awareness, and proper material storage at the project.

Qualifications

• Graduate or undergraduate of Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Technology, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates with good technical fundamentals are welcome to apply.

• Able to read basic architectural and engineering drawings.

• Comfortable working full-time at a construction site.

• Organized and capable of preparing clear site reports and documentation.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Willing to travel or be assigned to project locations as required.
