Job summary

UpSkill MNL, Inc. in Davao City seeks a capable Coordinator to support the Operations team in the Central Davao cluster. You will ensure timely submission of administrative and commercial reports and help promote the client’s products.

The ideal candidate has a college degree, experience in Retail/Merchandising/Promotions, and is proficient with MS Office or Google Suite for reports; familiarity with Zoom/Meet/Teams for virtual meetings is preferred. On-site in Davao City.

Qualifications

• College graduate of any course.
• Has experience being a Coordinator in Retail/Merchandising/Promotions.
• Able to use a laptop and MS Office for report creation.
• Able to use Zoom/GMeet or Teams for virtual meetings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely submission of administrative and commercial reports to the Operations Supervisor.
• Timely compliance with company and client directives (principal-initiated projects).
• Promote the clients products or services in a professional but customer-friendly manner
• Train all front-liners in client product knowledge and product promotion skills
• Compliance to agreed client KPIs
• Consolidate and present team performance to company stakeholders, client representatives and to the whole team
• Regularly attends company, client, and retail outlet-initiated meetings
• Establish outstanding relationships with the principal and the retail outlets
• Align with the Operations Supervisor in developing the monthly Coverage Plan with respect to the objective of the team and the priorities of the client
• Monitor and safeguard all the equipment issued to all company personnel, client representatives, and retail outlets.
