UpSkill MNL is seeking an Operations Coordinator for the Agusan area cluster. The role involves ensuring timely, efficient operations across scheduling, logistics, and staff management, while supporting teams to meet goals.

The ideal candidate is a college graduate with experience as a coordinator in retail or promotions, proficient in MS Office or Google Suite, and capable of working in a roving field role with virtual meetings via Zoom/Meet/Teams.

Qualifications

• College graduate of any course.
• Experience as a Coordinator in Retail/Merchandising/Promotions.
• Able to use a laptop and MS Office for report creation.
• Able to use Zoom/Meet/Teams for virtual meetings.

Job Qualifications:

• Has experience being a Coordinator in any of these: Retail/Merchandising/Promotions

• Able to use Zoom/GMeet or Teams for virtual meetings

Skills and Qualities:

• Pro-active
• With handling people experience
• Proficient in MS Office software or in Google Suite
• Must have experience in field work or be willing to work in a roving role on the cluster assigned
