Job summary

Tops Ice Plant Inc. is seeking an Assistant HR Manager to reinforce our HR team and ensure smooth employee lifecycle management across multiple locations in the Philippines.

You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and performance evaluations while upholding compliance with local labor laws. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, 8–10 years HR experience including 1–2 years in an assistant manager capacity, and a willingness to travel to various company sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8–10 years HR experience with at least 1–2 years as Assistant HR Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to different company locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the hiring process, ensuring shortlisted applicants meet qualifications and pass exams and interviews.
• Manage onboarding to complete all requirements before joining the roster.
• Administer contracts and evaluations, including probationary extensions when necessary.
• Conduct regular site visits to address employee concerns and mediate workplace issues.
• Enforce company HR standards and policies with consistency and professionalism.
