Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for operational support requests and log tickets.
• Coordinate escalations to Managed Services teams and track incidents through resolution.
• Maintain customer, vendor and item master records and support data quality.
• Prepare operational performance reports and monitor KPI performance.
• Coordinate onboarding and access requests; maintain service records and audit information.
