Lalamove is hiring an Operations Associate to support day-to-day transport and operational activities across Visayas and Mindanao. You will coordinate with drivers, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery operations and maintain service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in operations, transportation, logistics, mobility, or related industry.
• Familiarity with transport operations and driver/partner coordination.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support daily transport operations to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
• Coordinate with drivers, partners, internal teams, and other operational stakeholders to address concerns and requirements.
• Monitor operational activities, identify issues or delays, and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
• Investigate operational incidents and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to established operational processes, policies, and service standards.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to operational activities.
• Analyze operational data and trends to identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in implementing process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Escalate complex or high-impact operational concerns to the appropriate teams.
• Perform other operational tasks and projects as assigned.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of transportation operations, is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and can effectively manage multiple operational concerns while maintaining accuracy and service quality.

What You’ll Need:

• At least 1–2 years of experience in operations, transportation, logistics, mobility, delivery, or a related industry.
• Familiarity with transport operations and related workflows, including driver/partner coordination and issue resolution.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with operational tools or dashboards is an advantage.
