Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business/ops/logistics fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in operations, transportation, logistics, mobility, or related industry.
• Familiarity with transport operations and driver/partner coordination.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with operational tools or dashboards is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support daily transport operations to ensure smooth, efficient execution.
• Coordinate with drivers, partners, internal teams, and other stakeholders to address concerns.
• Monitor operations, identify issues or delays, and coordinate resolutions.
• Investigate incidents and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to processes, policies, and service standards.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
• Analyze data and trends to identify recurring issues and improvements.
• Assist in implementing process improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Escalate complex operational concerns to appropriate teams.
• Perform other operational tasks and projects as assigned.
