Job summary

Hytech Consulting Management is seeking an Operations Associate in the Philippines to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will verify customer data, process account openings and amendments, and manage transactions while supporting the Operations Team Lead on projects.

You will collaborate with regional teams, contribute to internal communications, and help deliver accurate operational outcomes. English proficiency is essential; Chinese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of BPO experience.
• Proficient in English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
• Basic understanding of CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing assignments and tasks.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to follow through on responsibilities.
• Capable of working effectively in a team environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and requires minimal supervision.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and improve continuously.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify customer data, including account openings, amendments, and verifications
• Support the Operations Team Lead in executing department-wide projects and initiatives
• Assist leadership by providing input on internal communication and strategy execution
• Create engaging content and presentations to effectively communicate Operations’ goals and updates
• Build and maintain relationships with internal departments, regional offices, and other stakeholders
• Respond to requests from Sales and other departments in a timely and professional manner
• Manage transactions accurately and efficiently
