Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience accepted.
• 12 years of pure insurance experience in Property & Casualty - Life & Annuities.
• Minimum 23 years of contact center experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of insurance billing processes and ECC account management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, QA tools, and CRM/contact center systems.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify trends and recommend solutions.
• Must have prior BPO experience.
