Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking an Operations Assistant Manager to oversee multiple functions within the Property & Casualty Insurance space. The role requires driving efficiency, leading a contact center team, and ensuring accurate billing and policy servicing.

Applicants should have extensive insurance experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with CRM and QA tools. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with prior BPO leadership experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience accepted.
• 12 years of pure insurance experience in Property & Casualty -Life & Annuities.
• Minimum 23 years of contact center experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of insurance billing processes and ECC account management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify trends and recommend solutions.
• Must have prior BPO experience.
