Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, commerce, engineering, or related fields.
• At least 5 years' relevant professional experience.
• Proficient in word processing and spreadsheets.
• Experience with business intelligence and artificial intelligence applications preferred.
• Ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for SD1-ENE activities.
• Coordinate supervisor's calendar, travel, and meetings.
• Arrange international and domestic travel.
• Support project processing and document monitoring.
• Maintain document management systems and knowledge management.
• Provide back-up support to other operations assistants.
