Supervise daily operations of Admissions, Front Office, Kitchen, Housekeeping, and Room Attendants, and other support functions
Ensure compliance with property policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Coordinate across departments to resolve operational issues and maintain smooth workflows
Monitor occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction metrics
Oversee kitchen operations and monitor breakfast service
Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and proper workflow in the kitchen
Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to support promotions, packages, and initiatives that drive revenue
Handle tenant severe complaints and special requests from Admissions Associate
Monitor tenant's feedback and implement improvements
Ensure cleanliness, room presentation, and timely resolution of maintenance issues
Monitor room turnovers and inspections to minimize operational disruptions
Prepare weekly or monthly schedules for operations staff
Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching
Manage procurement and inventory for rooms, kitchen, housekeeping, and common areas
Assist in operational budget planning and monitor spending and identify cost‑saving opportunities
Maintain accurate operational and procurement records
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Submit regular operational and purchasing reports to management
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Tourism/Hospitality Management, Business Management, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum of 2–3 years of property management or hospitality experience in a supervisory or team‑lead role
Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities
Knowledge of property management systems, booking platforms, and operational workflows
High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to guest satisfaction
Capable of coordinating multiple departments and fostering team collaboration
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays (if needed)
