Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented professional for a night shift role in General Santos City, Philippines. The position involves monitoring timekeeping, coordinating communications, processing requests, and maintaining performance dashboards to support operations.

You will screen candidates, assist with onboarding, and contribute to KPI analysis and coaching. The ideal candidate has prior BPO experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a proven ability to manage

• Willing to work or relocate in General Santos City
• Prior experience in a small to medium-sized BPO company
• BPO experience required
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly detail-oriented with strong reporting and analytical abilities

Responsibilities

• Monitor timekeeping and attendance
• Manage Skype, calendar, and email communications
• Process NHE, PAN, CAN, Exit Endorsements, and Jira requests
• Review and maintain campaign trackers and performance dashboards
• Monitor dialers, system access, and subscription renewals
• Conduct end‑of‑day (EOD) monitoring for representatives
• Prepare daily productivity, performance, and issue reports
• Perform appointment quality checks (QC)
• Screen candidates and create recruitment requests/orders
• Assist with client kickoffs, training, and onboarding preparations
• Support performance evaluations, KPI analysis, coaching, and PIP implementation
• Track invoice payments and billing status
• Generate reports as required by management
