Job summary

Sourcefit Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Operations Admin to support our commercial flooring sales and estimating team, handling pricing, proposal development, and light estimating for bids.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and proactive, able to communicate with vendors and distributors, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. On-site in Quezon City with a night shift from 9 PM to 6 AM PH, Monday to Friday.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations Admin to support our commercial flooring sales and estimating team. This role plays a key part in assisting with pricing, proposal development, and light estimating support to ensure accurate and competitive bids for commercial projects.

The ideal candidate is proactive, comfortable communicating with vendors and distributors, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Work Set-up: On-Site (Quezon City)
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 PM to 6 AM PH (8 AM to 5 PM EST)
• Holiday: Following Select Philippine Holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to vendors and distributors to obtain material pricing for commercial flooring projects supporting multiple Sales Executives.
• Build detailed project quotations based on client requirements and the structure outlined in Invitations to Bid (ITBs).
• Assist with proposal preparation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client specifications. Fill in as needed to complete rudimentary takeoffs for small projects using Bluebeam or other takeoff software.
• Maintain organized pricing records, project documentation, and correspondence.
• Collaborate with Sales, Estimating, and Operations teams to support project timelines and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in commercial flooring, construction, estimating, or a related industry preferred.
• Familiarity with vendor/distributor pricing processes and bid support.
• Basic experience with Bluebeam or similar takeoff/estimating software is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
